  • BEACH CAMP

    The first class that Energy Camp was founded on! Beach Camp is a structured strength & conditioning workout that includes every essential piece of gym equipment to ace your sets… did we mention it’s on the beach? Imagine a Michelin star dish as a workout: 10 flavors at once with vibes, views, experience, and a one-of-a-kind workout. Physically, Beach Camp is designed to improve mobility, stability, strength, endurance, power, speed, and agility. Build, sculpt, and tone while enjoying the release of a ton of dopamine (happy hormone), all while meters away from Dubai’s blue sea!

  • THAI BOXING

    Thai Boxing is a 1-hour martial art session that combines the art of boxing with the use of fists, elbows, knees and shins. This discipline is known as the "Art of Eight Limbs". Trusted & Taught by our international mixed martial arts coaches.

  • THERMAL BOOST

    Energize and Recover like a pro. This session combines the unique benefits of ice baths, saunas, and Wim Hof breathing for a session that will leave you in an optimal mental and physical state.

    A world of health benefits can be activated by switching between hot (sauna) and cold exposure (ice baths). Benefits include:
    - Boosts energy and mental clarity
    - Aids recovery
    - Mitigates inflammation
    - Increases blood circulation
    - Boosts the lymphatic, immune, digestive and circulatory systems

  • METHOD

    This class is designed to increase your strength and muscular flexibility with technical adjustments and structured programs.

    We work on:

    -The different energy systems (creatine phosphate/ lactic)
    -Tempo and Time Under Tension
    -Stability (imbalanced isometric work)
    -Increasing the speed of contraction
    -Loaded mobility
    -Effective forms of loading
    -Finding your 1RM on compound lifts to base lift percentages

    Your ability to accelerate strength gains under proper mechanics and range of motion can change the entire dynamic of your performance.
    Writing a training program is one thing, but executing it properly is a whole different game.

    The knowledge obtained in this class will be beneficial for high-performance athletes, coaches, intermediate/ advance fitness fanatics, and even rehabilitation processes.

  • DEEP STRETCH

    If you’re looking for a Deep Stretch, this class is for you. But, we hate to break it to you, this class is not pain-free… (even though the coach looks super friendly). Stretch will help your muscles to relax and lengthen. Focused predominately on releasing tight muscles and tendons, Deep Stretch takes the strain off of your skeletal system, which is a practice every person should be doing, especially if you're working out.

  • BOOSTER

    Need a mid-week boost of energy? We've got you covered. Stop by any time between 6:30 PM - 8:30 PM at the 25Hours Hotel (6th floor) for a 10 minute ice bath plunge.

    Ice baths are excellent to: re-energize, get a great night's sleep, help your central nervous system, limit inflammatory response, and ease sore muscles.

  • BLACKOUT

    Blackout is a unique Energy Camp formula. We combine HIIT, strength training, and deep cardiovascular tabata. This formula will build muscular endurance, power, and aesthetically SHRED!

  • LADIES LIFT

    Ladies Lift is a ladies only structured program to aesthetically build and tone your muscles as well as constantly work on leveling up your performance. Learn the secrets of building muscle with ex-bikini model Coach Negin. Functional bodybuilding is integrated into strength to create a session that will put you in the best shape of your life over time and with consistency! What to expect:

    • Improve your lifting technique

    • Learn proper form and technique

    • Build muscle and tone your body

    Moves to expect? Hip thrusts, split squats, back squats, deadlifts, shoulder presses, and more. This class is for all levels.

  • Beach Recovery

    BEACH RECOVERY

    A recovery session set up next to Dubai’s blue sea! Recover while listening to the calming waves at Kite Beach.

    - Learn how to breathe to active your body's natural recovery functions
    - Release tension in triggers points using a lacrosse ball
    - Use ancient techniques such as the sadhu board to relieve stress and train and your mind
    - Immerse in ice cold water to reduce muscle soreness and increase dopamine levels by 200%

    Looking for a fun outdoor football social for the summer? Join us for some awesome vibes with a 7-a-side experience for all our football lovers. All levels welcome, we'll fit you in where needed! Organized and structured format.

If you’ve dreamed about these you will want to try Energy Camp’s Basketball session! 
The session is split into 50 mins of technique, conditioning, and IQ training through different basketball drills, followed by 40 mins of actual game time. Using the same structure often used by professional clubs, you will improve your overall level no matter where you’re starting from and enjoy the game like true hoopers.

  • PACE RUN

    Lace up your running shoes, grab a friend, and join us for a rejuvenating morning run! This is a completely free running session as a way to give back! This unique event encompasses dynamic warm-up exercises, a refreshing 30 min 4-kilometer easy run, and a soothing cool-down, all aimed at promoting physical well-being and fostering a sense of community.

    Whether you are a seasoned runner or just starting your fitness journey, this event is open to individuals of all ages and abilities. So, come on out, embrace the beautiful morning air, and let's get moving together!

  • HOT YOGA FLOW

    During this 60 minute heated class, we flow through a dynamic and energetic set of movements. The room is heated to approx. 30-35 degrees Celsius & 50% humidity. The combination of heat/humidity work together to help your body stretch/lengthen and restore from the inside-out. Each class will help link breath and movement, deepen the connection of mind and body, and bring a greater consciousness to your subtle body. This class is accessible for beginners, yet challenging for experienced yogis who may choose more challenging variations of the postures.


  • MYOFASCIAL RELEASE

    This is a 60-minute Myofascial Stretch Class that seamlessly blends myofascial muscle release, dynamic and static stretches, and self-massage techniques. Note - this is not FACIAL as in your face! You will be targeting the fascia, as in the connective tissues holding your muscles, bones, and organs together. When stressed or overworked, your fascia tighten up. This session is designed to target stubborn knots, alleviate and release that tension, and rejuvenate your body.
    Guided self-massage in the session involves using specialized tools, empowering you to further release tension and use the tips and tricks at home! Whether you are a seasoned stretcher or just starting, this class offers a holistic approach to alleviate tension, elevate flexibility, and leave you feeling refreshed.

  • BEACH VOLLEYBALL (SOCIAL OUTDOOR)

    BEACH VOLLEYBALL (SOCIAL OUTDOOR)

    We look forward to our Kite Beach Volleyball sessions every week! Fun, social games for all levels. You’ll rotate around the courts and play on different teams with people of different levels, from experienced volleyball fanatics to the ones who are here for the vibes. We keep it light and fun: great music, laughs, and snacks from Freakin’ Healthy for all!

  • PADEL TENNIS (SOCIAL)

    In this americano style friendly tournament, we will have a total of 12 participants, forming 6 teams of 2 players each. The teams will be mixed and rotated after every round to ensure a dynamic playing experience for everyone involved. You will have the opportunity to meet and compete alongside different players throughout the event.
    Our experienced facilitator will be available to provide guidance and support throughout the tournament, ensuring that everyone feels comfortable and has a memorable experience.

    Note: Please make sure to arrive at the venue at least 10 minutes before the start time for registration and warm-up.

  • TRACK SPEED

    This class aims to develop speed, agility, and overall running proficiency in a motivating and supportive setting.

    In this 1-hour session, participants will start with a dynamic warm-up to prepare for developing their anaerobic power and speed.

    The session will focus on sprinting and specific warm up techniques to improve speed and form. Athletes will engage in interval training and speed drills to enhance their running performance. Instructors will provide personalized feedback to help participants improve their sprinting abilities and endurance.
